That is why we suggest you make a deposit into your savings account every month first, before you pay anyone else.

Applying for a mortgage can be an overwhelming experience.

Following is a list of the documents or information you will most likely be asked to provide:

REFINANCE

  • Most recent 2 years W-2
  • 2 most recent paycheck stubs
  • Proof of Homeowners Insurance
  • Current Mortgage Statement
  • 2 months bank statements
  • 401K, IRA, SEP, KEOGH, Pension or other retirement statements
  • Homeowners Association Information (if applicable)
  • Union Membership Verification Form

PURCHASE

  • Purchase contract
  • Most recent 2 years W-2
  • Contact for Homeowners Insurance Agent
  • 12 month rental history (if applicable)
  • 2 months bank statements
  • 401K, IRA, SEP, KEOGH, Pension or other retirement statements
  • Homeowners Association Information (if applicable)
  • Union Membership Verification Form
